Welcome to Audeat. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Audeat mobile application ("App") and the Audeat website ("Site"). By using Audeat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

1. About Audeat

Audeat provides dietary compatibility information for foods based on predefined diet rules. The App is for informational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Audeat. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Misuse, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Use Audeat for unlawful purposes
• Submit harmful, abusive, or misleading content

Audeat may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

Audeat may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are processed through Apple or Google
• All billing, refunds, and cancellations must be handled through the App Store or Google Play
• Access to premium features continues until the end of your billing period

Audeat does not store or process your payment information.

5. User Content

If you submit food requests or other content:

• You grant Audeat a non-exclusive license to use that content to improve the App
• You confirm you have the right to submit the content
• You agree not to submit anything illegal, harmful, or infringing

6. Privacy

Your use of Audeat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used. You must review the Privacy Policy before using the App.

7. Third-Party Services

Audeat may use third-party services such as:

• Analytics tools
• Advertising networks
• Subscription management platforms (e.g., RevenueCat)

These services may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy. Audeat is not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

8. No Medical Advice

Audeat does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Diet rules and food compatibility results are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional for dietary or health decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Audeat is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability
• Audeat is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App

You use Audeat at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Audeat means you accept the updated Terms.
